Private Chef Services
While my signature offering is plated multicourse meals, I also provide family style services for those seeking a more casual experience. To make your life easier, I’ve pre-curated a seasonal menu, which you can find here. If you’re looking for a more personalized meal for your gathering, I can create a custom menu based on your preference of ingredients. Additionally, I offer bookings for day and weekly rates as well as passed appetizers for your mix and mingle styled events. Please note too that all ingredients I use are seasonal, organic, non-gmo, wild caught, grass fed, or a mix thereof. I pride myself on buying the highest quality products possible for every event.
Intimate In Home Dinning
This style of service is designed for in-home intimate gatherings. This includes appetizers, family style dinners, as well as plated dinners. This service can accommodate all sorts of events: microweddings, business meetings, birthdays, anniversaries, cocktail parties, retreats, fundraisers, baby showers, and luxury Air B&B events. Accommodations for off site events tbd. Ranging up to a 60 Person limit.
PRICING
The minimum service fee starts at a $600 for any meal or service we offer. Depending on the final menu and size of each event, staffing fees for sous chefs and wait staff will be applied. For events outside of middle Tennessee, travel reimbursement will also be required. See my seasonal menu below for pricing per person on food.
Once menu, staffing, and overall cost is confirmed, a deposit ot of 25% is the final requirement to secure your date for each event and service
If you are seeking to have passed appetizers at your gathering, the appetizer menu will be sent when inquired.
For those you who want a more inclusive experience, White Crane is now offering seasonal tasting menus. Tasting menus will require a 6 person and 6 course minimum. Shoot us an email to inquire.
Gratuity of 22% will be added to all parties and bookings.
